应用范围:金属薄板是航天型号产品研制生产用的重要原材料之一。主要用于运载火箭系列的贮箱、包带、整流罩等多种型号的产品中。本系统可适用于多种规格金属薄板的自动、快速无损检测,应用前景十分广阔。检测系统技术特点①采用创新设计的金属薄板多通道超声自动检测系统,通过超声纵波穿透法检测金属薄板,解决了金属薄板中分层性缺陷检测的漏检难题,实现了对金属薄板超声的无盲区检测。②对检测系统中的主支撑结构进行了优化设计,巧妙的将探头扫查架、直线电机、步进电机、多通道探头以及滚轮等部件设计在主支撑结构上,不仅实现了多电机的精确同步控制,而且整体结构紧凑、小巧,操作简单方便,并且可靠性高。③金属薄板多通道超声自动检测系统可以实现不同规格(包括长短、宽窄、薄厚)及不同材质金属薄板的自动检测,适用性广,具有较强的实用性;该系统已成功应用于0.5mm~6mm厚金属薄板的实际检测,检测效果良好。④检测系统软件为自主设计开发,具有自主知识产权;可实时显示C扫描图像,具有缺陷自动定位的功能;软件界面友好,操作简单;系统软件可根据用户需求,随产品进行二次开发。
