目的:对脑卒中患者偏瘫肢体进行跟骨定量超声检查,监测骨密度,以便对脑卒中后患者的骨质疏松情况进行早期诊断。方法:对30例脑卒中患者偏瘫肢体在发病7天内、3个月、1年时行跟骨密度定量超声检查。同时对30例同龄健康者行跟骨骨密度定量超声检查。结果:脑卒中组的骨密度3个月组、1年组与健康组的骨密度相比明显下降,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中患者偏瘫肢体在发病3个月可出现骨密度的改变。跟骨定量超声检测骨密度对早期脑卒中后骨质疏松诊断较敏感。
OBJECTIVE: To perform quantitative ultrasound of calcaneus in hemiparetic limbs of stroke patients and to monitor bone mineral density for early diagnosis of osteoporosis in patients after stroke. Methods: 30 cases of stroke patients with hemiplegia limbs in the onset of 7 days, 3 months, 1 year quantitative calcaneus bone ultrasound. At the same time, 30 healthy people of same age underwent quantitative ultrasound examination of bone mineral density. Results: The bone mineral density in stroke group decreased significantly compared with that in healthy group at 3 months and 1 year, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: The changes of bone mineral density may occur in hemiparetic limbs of stroke patients 3 months after onset. Quantitative measurement of calcaneus bone mineral density in the early diagnosis of osteoporosis after stroke is more sensitive.
