泥浆泵缸套高铬铸铁内衬,国内从七十年代就已应用于现场,其使用寿命大大超过了淬火处理的单金属缸套。本文对现场使用过的、寿命较高的双金属缸套进行了解剖分析研究,包括金相显微分析,扫描电镜下的表面形貌分析和现场泥浆中的磨屑分析。结果表明,双金属缸套的磨损机理是疲劳剥落起主要作用,其次是脆性剥落,其它还有塑性变形,微切削和腐蚀等,进而提出了现有工艺的改进意见。
Mud pump cylinder liner high chrome cast iron, the domestic since the seventies has been applied to the scene, its service life greatly exceeded the quenching of the single metal liner. In this paper, anatomical analysis of field lifetime bimetallic liner was carried out, including metallographic analysis, scanning electron microscopy and wear debris analysis. The results show that the wear mechanism of bimetallic cylinder liner is the main function of fatigue spalling, followed by the brittle spalling, the other is plastic deformation, micro-cutting and corrosion, and then put forward the improvement of existing technology.
