根据国内外的相关文献和资料,研究了纳米科学技术对通信科学技术和空间通信技术产生的影响,介绍了基于纳米技术的新颖通信器件及其在卫星通信中的重要应用。从纳米电子材料、新型纳米电子/光电子、“纳米卫星”、新型纳米感觉传感器等纳米科技的新兴研究领域,分析了纳米科学技术在通信科学技术和空间通信技术领域的应用。研究表明,新的纳米科技导致通信终端产品新的功能,进一步产生新的需求,从而导致通信技术新一轮的发展。
Based on the relevant literature and data both at home and abroad, the influence of nanoscience and technology on communication science and technology and space communication technology is studied. Novel communication devices based on nanotechnology and their important applications in satellite communication are introduced. This paper analyzes the applications of nanoscience and nanotechnology in communications science and space communications technology from the emerging fields of nanotechnology such as nanoelectronic materials, new nanoelectronics / optoelectronics, nanosatellite sensors and new nanosensory sensors. Research shows that the new nano-technology leads to new functions of communication terminal products and further new demands, leading to a new round of communication technology development.
