一、研究目的与意义 常规水稻和杂交水稻产量的高低及品质优劣与其主要经济性状密切相关,而经济性状的表现则主要决定于遗传。我们选用不同来源的水稻品种进行人工杂交,对F_1的性状优势、遗传进行定性和定量分析;选用莲塘早×先锋1号的F_1与先锋1号回交及莲塘早×先锋1号的F_2的植株进行矮秆基因分析;选用莲塘早×先锋1号的F_2和F_3进行主要经济性状的狭义遗传力分析;选用优质稻品种与非优质稻品种进行正反交,研究F_1和F_2的外观品质,同时分析糙米长、宽、厚和垩白的广义遗传力,以期为正确选择亲本和杂交后代,增强育种预见性来提高育种成效。
I. Purpose and Significance of Research The yield and quality of conventional rice and hybrid rice are closely related to their major economic traits, while the performance of economic traits is mainly determined by inheritance. We chose artificial hybridization of rice cultivars from different origins to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of the trait predominance and heredity of F_1. We selected F_1 plants of Liantang early × Xianfeng 1 and those of F_1 of Pioneer 1 and L_2 of Liantangzao × Pioneer 1 The genetic analysis of dwarfing genes was carried out. The narrow-sense heritability of the main economic traits was analyzed using F_2 and F_3 of Liantangzao × Xianfeng 1, and the reciprocal crosses of high-quality rice varieties and non-high-quality rice varieties were conducted to study the appearance quality of F_1 and F_2. Analysis of brown rice length, width, thickness and chalk of the broad heritability, with a view to the correct choice of parents and crossbreds to enhance the predictability of breeding to improve breeding effectiveness.
