在临床上常用1％盐酸麻黄素呋喃西林滴鼻剂(以下简称“麻呋滴鼻剂”)来治疗鼻腔粘膜肿胀或因分泌物增多而引起的通气不畅,具有一定的疗效。为了增强麻呋滴鼻剂的抗菌消炎作用,我们在麻呋滴鼻剂中加入了TMP,并试验了各种不同浓度的抑菌作用,现介绍如下:
