普通高校在长期的应试教育模式下,主要侧重的是对理论知识的研究,而社会实践操作的机会甚少。而走出社会后,尽管是拥有高学历和扎实的理论基础知识,但是在业务以及创新能力方面有所欠缺,不符合企业对人才的要求,这也就造成了高校毕业生就业难,而企业找不到人的困境。通过职业训练和培养,鼓励学生参加职业培训,提高职业适应能力,使学生具备竞争力和可持续发展的能力,以适应行业、岗位和社会需求。
