目的为了解我国6~12月龄较大婴儿配方食品中必需营养素含量范围的分布情况,探讨国际食品法典委员会最新提出的6~12月龄较大婴儿配方产品必需营养素限量值对我国现有产品的影响,并对我国未来标准修订提供思路。方法收集我国市售较大婴儿配方奶粉共1 476份,针对GB 10767—2010中规定的必需营养素检测其含量数值,分析其实际含量范围分布情况,并与国标限量值和国际法典最新限量值进行比对。结果针对GB10767—2010中未设定上限值的必需营养素,我国市售产品其含量范围的最大值是国标下限值的3.23~1 525.94倍,含量范围的95百分位数是国标下限值的2.27~9.42倍;法典新限量值对我国现有产品影响比较大的营养素主要有蛋白质、脂肪、维生素B6、生物素、钠、钾、镁、锌、磷等。结论对于GB 10767—2010中仅设定下限值的必需营养素,我国大部分产品其含量范围均已控制在标准下限值的5倍范围以内(左右),但个别产品部分营养素含量极高。建议我国考虑市场实际情况,并结合国际法典修订进展进一步修订相关标准营养素限量值。
Objective To understand the distribution of essential nutrients in formula foods of 6 ~ 12 months old infants in our country, and to discuss the necessary nutrient value of formula products of 6 ~ 12 months old newly proposed by the International Codex Alimentarius Commission And provide ideas for the revision of our country’s future standards. Methods A total of 1 476 milk formulas were collected from large infants in our country. The content of necessary nutrients in GB 10767-2010 was tested, and the distribution of the actual content was analyzed. The results were compared with the national standard limit values and the latest limit values of the International Codex Comparison. The results for GB10767-2010 not set the upper limit of essential nutrients, the maximum range of commercial products in China is the national standard limit of 3.23 to 1 525.94 times the 95th percentile range is the national standard lower limit The value of 2.27 ~ 9.42 times; Codex new limited value of the impact of existing products in our country are mainly nutrients rich in protein, fat, vitamin B6, biotin, sodium, potassium, magnesium, zinc, phosphorus and so on. Conclusion For GB 10767-2010, only the lower limit of essential nutrients is set, most of the products in our country have been controlled within 5 times of the standard lower limit, but some of them have very high nutrient content. Suggest that our country consider the actual market conditions, combined with the revision of international code of progress to further amend the relevant standard nutrient limit value.
