为进一步推动科技兴农,实现农业发展目标,最近农业部作出决定,将种子体系建设、化肥深施技术、“一虫两病”防治和秸秆过腹还田四项技术作为今年及今后一个时期农业技术推广工作的重点。抓好这四项重点农业技术的推广工作,对夺取农业丰收,增加农民收入,保证我国农业的持续、快速、健康发展将起着十分重要的作用。
