以往使用人工蜂蜡台基时,不仅制作工序复杂,而且使用时容易被工蜂咬毁。本试验借鉴国外经验,自制国产塑料台基对生产蜂皇浆时的移虫成活率和出浆量等问题进行广泛研究。材料与方法选择合适材料并设计台基构型加工制成国产塑料合基。自1982年6月7日起至7月11日止选择群势相当的蜂群。在每箱蜂群中分别放置人工蜂蜡、日本塑料和国产塑料三种台基。
