目的探讨超声“萤火虫”联合超声弹性成像技术对乳腺肿瘤良恶性倾向的判断价值。方法选取2014年6月-2016年6月该院收治的90例乳腺占位性病变患者作为研究对象;分别使用超声“萤火虫”技术、超声弹性成像技术及两者联合对患者进行检查,分析超声“萤火虫”成像检查、超声弹性成像检查及两者联合检查的灵敏度、特异度与正确指数。结果病理检查结果显示,63处为良性病灶,45处为恶性病灶;超声弹性成像检查良性结果显示,65处良性病灶,45处恶性病灶;超声“萤火虫”成像检查结果显示,良性病灶68处,恶性病灶40处;超声“萤火虫”成像联合超声成像技术检查结果显示,良性病灶64处,恶性病灶44处。两者联合检查结果正确指数显著高于单独使用超声“萤火虫”成像检查及超声弹性成像检查(P<0.05)。结论采用超声“萤火虫”联合超声弹性成像检查可显著提高乳腺肿瘤病灶区微小钙化灶的临床检出率,在判断乳腺肿瘤良恶性倾向时具有较高价值。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound / firefly combined with ultrasound elastography in benign and malignant breast neoplasms. Methods Totally 90 patients with breast lesions admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were enrolled in this study. The patients were examined with ultrasound, “firefly” technique, ultrasound elastography and their combination respectively. Analysis of ultrasound “fireflies ” imaging examination, ultrasound elastography examination and the combination of the two sensitivity, specificity and correct index. Results The results of pathological examination showed that there were 63 benign lesions and 45 malignant lesions. The benign echocardiographic findings showed that there were 65 benign lesions and 45 malignant lesions. The imaging results of ultrasound and fireflies showed that benign lesions 68 Department of malignant lesions 40; ultrasound “fireflies” imaging combined with ultrasound imaging examination results show that benign lesions 64, 44 malignant lesions. The correctness of the combined test results was significantly higher than that of ultrasound alone, “firefly” imaging and ultrasound elastography (P <0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound “Firefly” combined with ultrasound elastography can significantly improve the clinical detection rate of microcalcifications in breast tumor lesions, which is of high value in judging the benign and malignant tendency of breast tumors.
