以P110级石油套管30CrMnMo钢为研究对象,采用Gleeble-1500D热模拟实验机进行了热变形实验。模拟了生产中的穿孔、连轧及减径过程,分析了每个变形阶段的再结晶行为及组织演变规律。结果能为P110级石油套管实现再结晶型控制轧制及工艺优化提供实验依据。
Taking P110 grade oil casing 30CrMnMo steel as the research object, the thermal deformation experiment was carried out by Gleeble-1500D thermal simulation machine. The perforation, continuous rolling and reducing process were simulated. The recrystallization behavior and microstructure evolution of each deformation stage were analyzed. The results provide an experimental basis for the P110 oil casing to achieve recrystallization controlled rolling and process optimization.
