针对铁磁材料的应力状况、疲劳寿命及硬度等力学参数的测量手段和方法,利用铁磁性材料的特性之──—magnetic Barkhausen noise效应,依据磁弹噪讯理论,研究了磁弹噪讯产生的机制,并研制出磁弹噪讯传感器和相应的铁磁材料应力与疲劳损伤检测仪器.实践证明:所研制的检测仪器及检测技术具有检测速度快、检测精度高、便于携带的优点.
According to the magnetic Barkhausen noise effect and the magnetic bomber noise theory, the measurement methods and methods of the mechanical parameters such as the stress state, the fatigue life and the hardness of the ferromagnetic material are studied. The mechanism, and developed a magnetic bomber noise sensor and the corresponding ferromagnetic material stress and fatigue damage detection equipment. Practice has proved that: the development of testing instruments and testing technology has the advantages of fast detection, high detection accuracy, easy to carry.
