“在中国艺术的当代发展历程中,傅中望是一位重要的参与者,也在长期的探索奋进中形成了自己丰厚的艺术积累和独特的学术面貌,成为中国当代艺术的一位重要代表。”——范迪安。2016年初,笔者造访傅先生的工作室,他就自己成长历程、思维原点、媒介与表达、文化身份等各个方面侃侃而谈。他饱满而独特的创作思路,珍视传统又宽广的胸怀,知无不尽言的热忱,令笔者印象深刻。傅先生的工作室,我的理解是两个层面的:一方面是空间上相对固定的工作室,也就是现在的由车间、仓库、书房等组成的工作空间。与其他艺术家的工作室想比,更多的木质材料的偏爱, “In the course of the contemporary development of Chinese art, Fu Zhongwang is an important participant. He is full and unique creative ideas, cherish the traditional and broad minded, full of enthusiasm, so I am impressed. Fu’s studio, my understanding is two levels: on the one hand is relatively spatially fixed studio, which is now the workshop, warehouse, study and other components of the work space. Compared with other artists’ studios, more preference for wood materials,
