为了提高普通高校健美操选修课的教学效果,不断改革创新体育公选课的教学方法,在结合多年教学实践经验及深入研究多元反馈教学法的原理后,采用文献资料法、实验法、访谈法、比较分析法等多种研究方法,对将多元反馈教学法应用于普通高校健美操公选课的实际效果进行分析。通过研究发现运用这种教学方法的实际教学效果远优于传统的教学方法,希望这种教学方法能被其它体育公选课采纳应用。
In order to improve the teaching effect of aerobics elective courses in ordinary colleges and universities and constantly reform and innovate the teaching methods of public physical elective courses, combining the years of teaching practice and in-depth study of the principle of multiple feedback teaching methods, using the methods of documentation, experiment, interview, Comparative analysis and many other research methods, the multi-feedback teaching method applied to the general effect of college aerobics elective course analysis. Through the research, it is found that the actual teaching effect of using this teaching method is far better than the traditional teaching methods, and hope that this teaching method can be adopted by other PE public courses.
