军品定价一直遵循计划经济体制下的行政管理模式,不适应与现代市场经济的发展要求,制约了军品采购效益的提高和国防科技的发展,急需对此困境寻求发展出路。
Military product pricing has always followed the pattern of administrative management under the planned economy and has not met the requirements of the development of modern market economy. This has restricted the improvement of the efficiency of military procurement and the development of national defense science and technology. It is imperative to find a way out for this dilemma.
