科学技术发展太快了，以致大家感觉现在好多东西搞不懂，就在你感叹搞不懂的时候，新的东西又来了。最近沸沸扬扬的核酸风波，让消费者着着实实“不明白”了一回。 绝大多数消费者对转基因食品、核酸营养品的认识似乎都只停留在这是高科技带给人类的“福气”上，而并没有深究“到底是什么”。 ２月 ２２日，南方周末头版发表三位诺贝尔奖科学家指斥中国核酸营养品的文章，报纸因此而遭神秘高价收购；同日下午，卫生部属下的中国保健科技学会就“中国核酸类物质应用与健康相关产业发展”在北京举行听证会。听证会虽然达成共识，但这共识并没有被社会各界广泛认可。但无论如何，人们都已经开始睁大双眼，高度关注什么是核酸营养品，它有没有营养价值，该不该吃，怎么吃？本刊特将有关人士对此的看法摘要刊登，供参考。
