介绍预应力混凝土轨道梁材料配合比和力学性能;轨道梁的张拉控制应力和钢绞线伸长值,实测伸长值与理论伸长值的相对误差都在规范允许范围内;用有限元仿真模型计算了张拉过程中梁体产生的竖向反拱值和梁体应力值,结果表明有限元模型计算结果与采用规范设计公式计算结果吻合良好。
The material mix ratio and mechanical properties of prestressed concrete track beam were introduced. The tension control tensile stress and the strand elongation of the prestressed concrete beam were measured. The relative errors of the measured elongation and the theoretical elongation were all within the allowable limits. The simulation model calculates the vertical inverse arched value and the beam stress value of the beam during the tensioning process. The results show that the calculated results of the finite element model are in good agreement with the calculated results by the standard design formula.
