给出求解二层规划模型极大型最优解的分枝定界算法的思想，并以徐州矿务局原煤最优产量的决策为背景，研究了二层规划的实际应用。
The idea of branch-and-bound algorithm for solving the maximal optimal solution of the bilevel programming model is given. Based on the decision of optimal output of coal in Xuzhou Mining Bureau, the practical application of bilevel programming is studied.
