为探讨p53基因突变表达产物与卵巢恶性肿瘤临床生物学行为以及p53第七外显子突变情况之间的关系。采用聚合酶链反应单链构象多态性分析(PCR-SSCP)对50例卵巢恶性肿瘤中的23例病人新鲜组织标本进行p53基因突变蛋白表达检测。结果显示:卵巢恶性肿瘤免疫组化p53阳性表达率24%。23例新鲜组织标本中4例PCR-SSCP检测第七外显子异常。提示p53阳性表达可能与遗传因素有关(P=0.038);卵巢恶性肿瘤第七外显子突变可出现p53蛋白高表达;第七外显子突变可出现于不同临床分期及组织分型
To explore the relationship between p53 gene mutation expression products and the clinical biological behaviors of ovarian malignancies and p53 exon 7 mutations. Polymerase chain reaction single-strand conformation polymorphism analysis (PCR-SSCP) was used to detect the expression of p53 gene mutant protein in fresh tissues of 23 cases of 50 cases of ovarian malignant tumors. The results showed that the immunohistochemically positive expression rate of p53 in malignant ovarian tumors was 24%. The seventh exon abnormality was detected by PCR-SSCP in 4 cases of fresh tissue samples. It was suggested that the positive expression of p53 may be related to genetic factors (P=0.038). The mutation of exon 7 of ovarian malignant tumors may have high expression of p53 protein; the mutation of exon 7 may appear in different clinical stages and histological types.
