目的探讨子宫瘢痕妊娠患者使用介入栓塞术联合不同化疗药物的治疗效果。方法选取2012年3月—2017年1月收治的子宫瘢痕妊娠患者72例,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各36例。对照组给予介入栓塞术联合甲氨蝶呤治疗,观察组给予介入栓塞术联合卡铂治疗,对比两组平均住院时间及血β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素水平恢复正常时间、不良反应发生情况。计量资料比较采用t检验,计数资料比较采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果观察组的平均住院时间为(6.20±1.63)d,短于对照组的(8.13±1.47)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的血β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素水平恢复正常时间为(27.04±6.86)d,短于对照组的(31.17±6.82)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在子宫瘢痕妊娠患者的治疗过程中,介入栓塞术联合卡铂能够迅速降低血β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素水平,缩短患者的住院时间,且不良反应轻微,具有推广应用价值。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of interventional embolization combined with different chemotherapeutic drugs in patients with uterine scar pregnancy. Methods Seventy-two patients with uterine scar pregnancy were selected from March 2012 to January 2017. According to the random number table, 36 cases were divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with interventional embolization combined with methotrexate. The observation group was treated with interventional embolization combined with carboplatin. The mean length of stay in hospital and serum β-human chorionic gonadotropin level returned to normal, and adverse reactions were observed. Measurement data were compared using t test, count data were compared using χ2 test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results The average length of hospital stay in the observation group was (6.20 ± 1.63) d, which was shorter than that in the control group (8.13 ± 1.47) d, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The β-human chorionic gonadotropin (27.04 ± 6.86) d, which was shorter than that of the control group (31.17 ± 6.82) d, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P> 0.05 ). Conclusion During the treatment of uterine scar pregnancy patients, interventional embolization combined with carboplatin can rapidly reduce the level of β-human chorionic gonadotropin and shorten the hospitalization time of patients with mild side effects, which has the value of popularization and application.
