运用CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2三元系的熔点和等a(Al_2O_3)两个相图,分析CaO-Al_2O_3渣系净化剂降低钢液中氧化物夹杂的能力与其组成的关系。从热力学角度看,CaO与Al_2O_3质量分数比高(1.6~2.0),则a(Al_2O_3)低(≤0.02),有利于钢液中氧化物夹杂的降低;从动力学角度看,CaO与Al_2O_3质量分数比低(1.1~1.26),则熔点低(<1400℃),有利于钢液中氧化夹杂的排出。在净化剂组成的优化过程中,寻找到较佳的CaO与Al_2O_3质量分数比为1.41~1.74,使其a(Al_2O_3)较低(0.02~0.04),熔点较低(<1450℃)。工业性试验表明优化后的净化剂净化钢液的效果显著。
Based on the melting point and a (Al_2O_3) phase diagram of CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2 ternary system, the relationship between the ability of CaO-Al_2O_3 slag system purifier to reduce the oxide inclusions in molten steel and its composition was analyzed. From the viewpoint of thermodynamics, the mass fraction of CaO to Al 2 O 3 is high (1.6-2.0), then a (Al 2 O 3) is low (≤0.02), which is beneficial to the reduction of oxide inclusions in molten steel. From the kinetic point of view, Low score (1.1 ~ 1.26), then the low melting point (<1400 ℃), is conducive to the oxidation of liquid steel oxide inclusions. In the process of purifying agent composition, the best mass ratio of CaO to Al 2 O 3 was found to be 1.41-1.74, which made a (Al 2 O 3) lower (0.02-0.04) and lower melting point (<1450 ℃). Industrial tests show that the optimized scavenger purifies the molten steel significantly.
