本文内容包括轨道试验车用惯性基准法轨道高低检测装置的研究、试制和试验。对弦测法存在的问题作了简要的叙述。文中论证和说明了惯性基准法原理及其在轨道试验车上的应用,包括机械构造和电子部分。惯性基准法轨道高低检测装置适于在运行中、特别是高速运行的列车上量测轨道高低。文章用试验室和现场试验结果评价这种装置的性能。在同一轨道上,对这种装置在不同速度时检测的数据,和在轨道试验车车轮静压下用水平仪量测的数据作了比较。以快速旅客列车速度对同一干线区间,用同一装置又作了重复性比较试验。这些试验的结果证明此一测试装置能够反映轨道的真实情况。在160公里/时测试也得出了正常的记录。
This article includes the track test vehicle inertial reference track height detection device research, trial production and testing. The problem of string measurement is briefly described. The article demonstrates and explains the principle of inertial reference method and its application in orbit test vehicle, including mechanical structure and electronic parts. Inertial reference method track height detection device suitable for running, especially in high-speed operation of the train measuring track height. The article evaluates the performance of this device using laboratory and field test results. In the same orbit, the data of these devices tested at different speeds were compared with the data measured by a level meter under the static pressure of the track test wheel. In the same passenger train speed fast track on the same section, with the same device and made a repeated comparative test. The results of these tests prove that this test device can reflect the real situation of the track. At 160 km / h the test also yielded a normal record.
