由国家工业和信息化部中小企业司、中国企业联合会企业技术进步工作委员会,中国水泥协会联合举办的“首届中国中小水泥企业论坛”于2008年12月13至14日在京隆重召开。来自全国各地的领导,专家,水泥生产、装备企业的代表300余人参加了会议,听取了中国建材联合会会长张人为、中国水泥协会会长雷前治、工业和信息化部产业政策司司长辛国斌、中小企业司司长王黎明等领导的重要讲话;同时,中国水泥协会副会长曾学敏代表原全国人大常委李明豫,辛国斌代表欧新黔副部长作了书面发言;中国中小企业协会会长李子彬向论坛发来了贺信。领导及专家们为我国中小水泥企业的生存与发展指明了前进的方向。JT窑技术是本次论坛的争论焦点之一。有代表认为,它的技术虽然先进,但只适合“有条件”的“少量有限”的地区或企业推广应用;有代表认为它适合于落后的中小水泥企业的技术升级,甚至包括1500t/d以下的小型干法生产线的改造,以此来淘汰落后生产力。领导的重要讲话,专家的精辟论述,都将对我国中小水泥企业的出路与发展产生深远的影响。因此,我们将领导及专家们的精彩论点编辑整理成这组专题,以连载的方式陆续刊发,以飨读者。
The 1st China Small and Medium-sized Cement Enterprise Forum jointly held by the SME Division of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Enterprise Technology Progress Working Committee of China Enterprise Confederation and the China Cement Association was held in Beijing from December 13 to December 14, 2008. Some have suggested that it is suitable for the technological upgrading of backward small and medium-sized cement enterprises and even includes 1500t / d below the small dry-process production line transformation, in order to eliminate backward productivity.
