为有效控制结核病疫情,世界卫生组织于2006年提出了新的“遏制结核病”策略。该策略强调各国应提供更加容易获得的结核病医疗卫生服务[1],充分调动各种利益相关者的积极性。为此,世界各国设计和实施了面向各类人群,包括结防人员的结核病激励机制以促进“遏制结核病”的策略目标的实现。为了解我国结核病控制工作中结防人员激励机制的分类和实施情况,进行了本项调查研究。
In order to effectively control the outbreak of tuberculosis, WHO proposed a new “Stop TB” strategy in 2006. The strategy emphasizes that all countries should provide more accessible medical services for tuberculosis [1] and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of various stakeholders. To this end, various countries in the world have designed and implemented the TB incentive mechanism for all kinds of people, including those involved in preventing and fighting TB, so as to promote the achievement of the strategic goal of “curbing tuberculosis.” In order to understand the classification and implementation of the prevention and treatment personnel incentive mechanism in TB control work in our country, this investigation was conducted.
