高校毕业生就业率已成为高等教育头等大事,而就业率的高低与经济发展、社会人才结构需求直接相关,同时学校的专业方向、人才培养规格、目标、层次、知识与能力的学习训练效果等因素又直接制约毕业生的就业率。为此,认真研究就业、专业建设与商务人才多样性层次化培养问题尤为重要,本文就商务人才层次化培养问题作了思想性研究。
