目的:观察“天钩消眩胶囊”治疗高血压病肝阳上亢证的疗效。方法:将60只小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、复方罗布麻给药组、高剂量天钩消眩胶囊灌胃组、中剂量天钩消眩胶囊灌胃组、低剂量天钩消眩胶囊灌胃组。每天上午灌胃1次,连续21天。观察组间、组内治疗前后血压变化指标。结果:两周后模型组小鼠有明显升高,与正常对照组比较有极显著差异。与模型组相比,罗布麻给药组和天钩消眩胶囊低、中剂量给药组有显著差异。3周后给药组与模型组相比均有显著或极显著差异。结论:“天钩消眩胶囊”证实其显著减低小鼠的收缩压、舒张压和平均动脉压,具有明确降压作用且可改善肝阳上亢症状。
Objective: To observe the effect of “Tianxiao Dazhu capsule” in treating hypertensive liver-yang hyperactivity syndrome. Methods: Sixty mice were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, Apocynum compound group, high dose Tianguxidexuan capsule group, middle dose Tianxhuxdhuan Capsule group, low dose Tianzhu Anti-glare capsules gavage group. Gavage 1 times a day for 21 consecutive days. Observation group, within the group before and after treatment of blood pressure changes. Results: After two weeks, the mice in the model group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group. Compared with model group, Apocynum group and Tianshuxiao dizzy capsule were significantly different in low and middle dose groups. After 3 weeks, there was significant or extremely significant difference between the administration group and the model group. Conclusion: “Tian hooked dizziness capsule” confirmed that it significantly reduced systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and mean arterial pressure in mice, with a clear antihypertensive effect and can improve liver yang hyperthyroidism symptoms.
