我院自1979年以来作泪囊鼻腔吻合术,用水囊代替橡皮管或油纱条填塞吻合口,至1986年6月,共随访观察156例(180眼),疗效满意,现报道如下:临床资料本文报告156例(180眼)慢性泪囊炎患者,男性34例(40眼),女性122例(140眼)。其中农民124例,工人18例,干部职员11例,学生3例。年龄在14—66岁之间。其中3眼为过去复发病例,15眼为萎缩性小泪囊,碘油造影示15×2mm2眼;2×3mm5眼;3×4mm8眼。病程最短者半年,最长18年。 In our hospital since 1979 for dacryocystorhinostomy, with a water balloon instead of rubber tube or gauze filled anastomosis, to June 1986, a total of 156 cases were observed (180 eyes), the effect is satisfactory, are reported as follows: Clinical In this paper, 156 patients (180 eyes) with chronic dacryocystitis were reported.
