Objective To investigate the curative effect of three-dimensional manipulation to improve closed supracondylar fractures of humerus in children. Methods A total of 324 children with supracondylar humerus fractures were treated with three-dimensional reconstruction of closed puncture needle and follow-up. Results The patients were followed up for an average of 6-24 months. All the cases were healed. None of the patients had any fracture re-shift during the treatment. Reference to Flynn and other clinical function evaluation criteria, the total excellent rate of 88.9%. No cases of this group have cubitus varus, the total excellent rate of 88.9%. Conclusions Three-dimensional manipulations of the modified closed needle for the treatment of supracondylar humerus fractures in children with less trauma and fewer complications are feasible, simple and feasible. It is worthy of promotion.
