水利电力部科技司委托水科院水利所、辽宁省水利科学研究所主办的全国首届滴灌技术研究班于1983年底在辽宁省大连举行。参加研究班的代表,来自全国23个省(区)的科研单位、高等院校、生产厂家及使用单位共82名同志。会议收到滴灌设备研制、规划设计(果树固定、大田作物移动)、田间试验、经济分析、滴灌工程管理办法、国外滴灌研制动态以及滴灌工程规划设计等论文68篇。
Ministry of Water Resources and Electric Power Technology Commission commissioned by the Institute of Water Resources, Liaoning Province Institute of Water Resources hosted the first national drip irrigation technology research class was held in Dalian in late 1983 in Dalian, Liaoning Province. Participants in the seminar came from 82 research institutes, institutions of higher learning, manufacturers and users in 23 provinces (autonomous regions) across the country. The conference received 68 essays on the development of drip irrigation equipment, planning and design (fixed fruit trees and field crops), field trials, economic analysis, management of drip irrigation projects, developments of drip irrigation in foreign countries, and planning and design of drip irrigation projects.
