我们施工的某一热力锅炉平台形状较复杂,其中一段为斜板。若将板的两面都支好模板,因其板口小、钢筋密集,且有斜度,混凝土很难一次浇筑到位,且振捣困难。但若板的上面不支模板,又不敢振捣,因振动会使混凝土自然下流,成为上薄下厚的变截面,不符合要求。我们经过研究,根据振捣棒的长度500mm,拟定了分层浇筑方案,每层取600mm。根据斜板长度,将斜板分为600mm、3×200mm、3×400mm 等
The shape of a certain heat boiler platform we construct is more complicated, one of which is a ramp. If the two sides of the board are all supported by the template, the concrete is difficult to be placed in place once due to its small plate, dense steel bars, and slope, and it is difficult to vibrate. However, if the top of the plate does not support the template, it will not dare to vibrate. Because of the vibration, the concrete will naturally flow down and become thin and thick and have a variable cross section, which does not meet the requirements. After researching, according to the length of the vibrator rod 500mm, a layered pouring scheme was devised, each layer taking 600mm.
