“住宅禁商”政策出台后,给北京房地产市场带来极大震动,在利好写字楼、住宅、商铺等市场的同时,也为商住项目开发商、投资者、中小企业等相关方面带来一系列矛盾和问题;而前不久部分商住项目的“特赦”,又使各界对“住宅禁商”政策的关注热度再次攀高,各种疑问纷至沓来。因此笔者在分析“住宅禁商”政策对北京市场影响的基础上,对“住宅禁商”后一些亟待解决的问题进行了分析,并提出了一些探讨性建议。

Therefore, based on the analysis of the impact of the “residential ban on business” policy on the Beijing market, the author analyzes some problems to be solved immediately after the “commercial ban on business residence” and puts forward some tentative suggestions.
