目的:确定永康市6家急诊科护士感恩情绪与离职意愿的相关性。方法:采用自制一般人口学特征表、感恩情绪量表、离职意愿量表对6所医院135名急诊科护士进行问卷调查。结果:在年龄、工龄、任职方式、月收入情况方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),46岁及以上、工龄在20年以上、副高及以上、在编、月收入在7 000元以上的护士的感恩情绪得分较高;感恩情绪与离职意愿中的三个维度均呈负相关;月收入、任职方式、感恩情绪与离职意愿存在一定关联(R2=0.29)。结论:感恩情绪得分越高,收入越高,急诊科护士离职意愿越低,在编护士较聘用制护士离职意愿低;建议加大对急诊科护士的精神及物质投入,从而降低此类人群的离职意愿。
Objective: To determine the correlation between gratitude and willingness to resign in six emergency department nurses in Yongkang city. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among 135 emergency department nurses in 6 hospitals using self-made general demographic tables, gratitude emotional scale, and turnover intention scale. Results: There were significant differences in age, length of service, working mode and monthly income (P <0.05), 46 years old and above, seniority over 20 years, and vice versa, with a monthly income of 7,000 yuan The above nurses have higher scores of gratitude. The three dimensions of gratitude and turnover intention are negatively correlated. The monthly income, working style, gratitude and resignation intention are correlated (R2 = 0.29). Conclusion: The higher the score of gratitude emotion, the higher the income, the lower the willingness to leave emergency department nurses, the less willingness to leave the nurses in hiring nurses than the hiring nurses. It is suggested to increase the mental and material input of nurses in emergency department so as to reduce the risk of these nurses Willingness to leave.
