在pH9.70的Na_2CO_3-NaHCO_3、亚硝基红盐(NRS)、氯化十四烷基吡啶(TPC)体系中,钴有一灵敏的络合物吸附波,二阶导数峰电位为-0.72V(vs.SCE),电流峰高和钴浓度在7.0×1O~(-11)mol/L~6.0×10~(-6)mol/L范围内呈线性关系,相关系数(r)0.9996。检出限为1.4×10~(-11)mol/L(0.8ng/L)。方法用于水样和生物样品中微量钴的测定,结果满意。
Cobalt has a sensitive complex adsorption wave in Na_2CO_3-NaHCO_3, NRS and TPC at pH9.70. The second derivative peak potential is -0.72V (vs.SCE). The peak current and cobalt concentration showed a linear relationship in the range of 7.0 × 10 ~ (-10) mol / L to 6.0 × 10 ~ (-6) mol / L with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.9996. The detection limit was 1.4 × 10 ~ (-11) mol / L (0.8ng / L). The method was applied to the determination of trace cobalt in water samples and biological samples with satisfactory results.
