根据焊枪设备故障现象,从结构出发,分析了导致该故障的根本原因。从距离补偿以及连接强度两个方面对高故障率的大电流接触面进行了结构优化,提升了大电流接触面导电性能稳定性。推导了焊枪打开间距与距离变化值,即距离补偿值之间的函数关系,并将其应用于实际,从根本上消除了焊枪开合运动过程中存在的导电接触面错动或分离趋势。考虑振动对接触面松动的影响,优化了导电接触面的连接强度。
According to the torch equipment failure phenomenon, starting from the structure, the root cause of the fault is analyzed. The structural optimization of the high current contact surface with high failure rate is carried out from the aspects of distance compensation and connection strength, and the stability of the conductive performance of the large current contact surface is improved. The function relationship between the open distance and distance variation of welding gun, that is, the distance compensation value is deduced and applied to practice, which fundamentally eliminates the tendency of the conductive contact surface moving or separating during the welding torch opening and closing movement. Considering the influence of vibration on the loose contact surface, the connection strength of the conductive contact surface is optimized.
