石棉矿石选矿最重要任务之一,是生产出具有最高产量和预定质量的各种牌号石棉,为了完成这一任务,必须对石棉精矿分级过程进行控制。石棉精矿分级,是在若干台同类设备上将若干股不同粒度分布的料流按粒度进行分配的多段工艺过程。该过程中包括5~12条生产各种牌号石棉的工艺线。已有文献建议采用改变最后两段流程结构的方式,亦即借助于对倒数第二段作业各股排料进行分配,并改变料流从倒数第二段至末段
