作为市地一级人民警察培训学校,主要担负着对在职人民警察的岗位培训工作。从十几年的培训实践特别是1999年开始的为期三年的民警全员岗位培训实践看,在职民警培训工作要针对在职民警培训的特点和难点,提高在职民警培训的针对性和实效性,深化在职民警培训的教学效果。
