本文通过改变加热速度研究了添加Mn、Ni、Si不同合金元素的CuZnAl合金的加热相变行为。研究结果表明,CuZnAlMn合金随加热速度的改变,其加热相变最为稳定,CuZnAlNi与CuZnAl合金次之,加热相变以CnZnAlSi为最不稳定。作者认为这是由于合金元素的添加影响了空位的迁移与合金元素的扩散所致。因此,CuZnAl记忆合金由于Mn、Ni、Si合金元素的添加,会表现出截然不同的加热相变特征。
In this paper, the heating transformation of CuZnAl alloys with different alloying elements of Mn, Ni and Si was investigated by changing the heating rate. The results show that the CuZnAlMn alloy has the most stable phase transition with the change of heating rate, followed by CuZnAlNi and CuZnAl alloy, and CnZnAlSi is the most unstable phase. The authors believe this is due to the addition of alloying elements that affect the migration of vacancies and the diffusion of alloying elements. Therefore, CuZnAl memory alloy due to the addition of Mn, Ni, Si alloy elements, will show a very different heating phase transition characteristics.
