2002年高教司拉开了大学英语教学改革的帷幕;2007年教育部在《大学英语教学基本要求(试行)》的基础上,正式颁布了《大学英语课程教学要求》。其核心内容包括:(1)建立网络环境下的听说教学模式,加强听说能力的培养和训练;(3)建立以学生为中心、既传授语言知识与技能、又注重培养语言实践应用能力的教学模式。时至今日,改革八年有余,但是通过与大学英语学习者的访谈发现,效果很不理想。其实,大学英语教学改革没有采取彻底的措施突破一些致命的瓶颈。
