人力资源作为现代企业的一种战略资源,是企业发展的最为关键的因素之一,而在人力资源管理的众多内容中,激励是其最为核心的内容。随着企业改革的不断深入和社会经济形势的日益下滑,企业产品供大于求、企业经营风险不断加大,企业在多变的市场环境下要想立于不败之地,人的因素居于重要地位。目前,在传统企业管理不能满足企业竞争和员工发展需要的情况下,创新和完善企业激励机制和措施越来越受到企业的关注。笔者通过对激励理论的研究,并在企业中的实践运用,逐步探索现代企业激励管理的有效途径,以确保企业的经营质量和员工队伍的素质提升,从而确保企业和员工在经营发展、权益保障中实现“双赢”。
