本文考察了两种工业用Pt-Sn/Al_2O_3催化剂及实验室制备的Pt/Al_2O_3及Pt-Sn /Al_2O_3;催化剂表面炭的沉积。应用程序升温氧化(TPO)即烧炭的特征曲线来表征催化剂表面上炭沉积的类型;应用H-600型电镜观察确认炭的形貌结构。将两种方法密切的联系在一起,从而获得了一些有意义的结果,为进一步探讨催化剂失活机理提供了有用的信息。
In this paper, two industrial Pt-Sn / Al_2O_3 catalysts and Pt / Al_2O_3 and Pt-Sn / Al_2O_3 catalysts prepared by the laboratory were investigated. The characteristics of carbon deposition on the surface of the catalyst were characterized by application of a temperature-programmed oxidation (TPO) curve of charcoal. H-600 electron microscopy was used to confirm the morphology of the carbon. The two methods are closely linked to obtain some meaningful results, which provide useful information for further exploring the mechanism of catalyst deactivation.
