湖南省轻工科技工作会议于1998年5月7日—9日在衡阳召开。参加此次会议的有岳阳造纸厂、冷水滩造纸厂、津市造纸厂、西渡造纸厂、城步造纸厂等50多个单位。陈保民总经理在会上作了“科技兴轻工”的重要报告;张崇和副总经理作了“放眼世界科技,把握机遇,科技兴轻工”的报告。他在报告中谈到:轻工科技跨世纪的宏观背景是世界科技革命突飞猛
The Hunan Light Industry Technology Work Conference was held in Hengyang from May 7 to May 9, 1998. At the meeting, there were more than 50 units including Yueyang Paper Mill, Lengshuitan Paper Mill, Jinshi Paper Mill, Xidu Paper Mill, and Chengbu Paper Mill. General Manager Chen Baomin made an important report on “Science and Technology Promoting Light Industry” at the meeting; Zhang Chonghe and the Deputy General Manager made a report on “Looking at the world’s science and technology, grasping opportunities, and developing science and technology to promote light industry”. In his report, he said: The macro background of light technology across the century is the sudden and rapid technological revolution in the world.
