In order to improve the surface cleaning efficiency before painting, a mechanical cleaning head with two end brushes is used. The two wire brushes are fitted together concentrically (see the figure). The two brushes rotate in the opposite direction and the torques can work with each other offset. This feature makes it possible to use a large size brush, which can improve efficiency. A windmill or electric motor 2 is fixed on the body 1, and an active bevel gear 3 is sleeved on the working shaft of the engine.
