政党建设包括思想建设、政治建设等多个方面,但是大家公认,政党的组织建设是其最基础的部分。纵观世界各国党建,一般都着重于上层组织建设,而对基层组织建设则有相当大的差别。本文通过对美英两国政党基层组织建设的研究,揭示出非马克思主义政党与马克思主义政党基层组织建设的不同,旨在为我国新时期的党建工作尽绵薄之力。 The construction of political parties includes many aspects such as ideological and political construction. However, it is generally acknowledged that the building of political parties is the most basic part of their construction. When we look at the party building in various countries in the world, we generally focus on the construction of the upper-level organizations and there are quite a lot of differences in the building of the grass-roots organizations. By studying the construction of the grassroots organizations of the political parties in the United States and Britain, this article reveals the differences between the non-Marxist parties and the grassroots organizations of Marxist political parties in order to make a contribution to the party building in the new period in our country.
