就业权是残疾人应享有的基本权利,在法律属性层面中,残疾人就业权不仅是残疾人受益权,更是平等就业权与社会扶助权的重要内容。目前,尽管我国政府针对残疾人就业做出了很多努力,残疾人就业也得到了社会的广泛关注,并取得了显著成效,但是在法律保障方面仍需要进一步加强完善。笔者将在本文分析当前残疾人就业的社会现状,并进一步探析相关法律保障的完善措施。
The right to employment is a basic right to be enjoyed by disabled people. In terms of legal attributes, the right to employment of persons with disabilities is not only the right to benefit disabled persons, but also an important part of equal employment rights and social assistance rights. At present, despite the efforts made by our government in the employment of persons with disabilities, the employment of persons with disabilities has also drawn widespread attention in the society and achieved remarkable results. However, the legal protection still needs to be further strengthened and perfected. In this paper, I will analyze the current social status of employment of persons with disabilities, and further explore the relevant measures to improve the legal protection.
