大众思想往往会因某变量而趋于一致,这为理性社会的设想提供了可能。理性社会,是指理性预期变量支配个体行为方式的社会。理性预期的判断标准为法律和道德,法制体系的健全关系到理性预期的实验。完备信息是理性预期的基础。让理性社会的公民具备理性预期特质,并建立完备的信息机构。以此为基础,理性社会的三个特征即有效市场的建立、精神信仰的形成、社会平等的促成就是一种必然。
The popular ideas often tend to coincide with certain variables, which makes it possible to imagine the rational society. A rational society refers to a society in which rational expectant variables dominate individual behavior. Rational expectations of the judging criteria for the law and morality, the legal system is related to the rational expectations of the experiment. Complete information is the basis of rational expectations. Let the citizens of rational society have the qualities of rational expectations, and establish a complete information agency. Based on this, the three characteristics of a rational society, namely the establishment of an effective market, the formation of spiritual beliefs and the promotion of social equality, are inevitable.
