目的:探索卡前列甲酯栓在人工流产前对宫颈的松弛作用。方法:选取我院2012年10月至2015年10月因意外妊娠来院行人工流产的1000例患者,随机分为实验组及对照组,各500例患者,实验组在手术前半小时予卡前列甲酯栓1mg阴道后穹隆置入,平卧五分钟后起床,参照组使用安慰剂,对这两组进行人流术相关指标观测。结果:实验组患者的宫颈软化显效率及有效率均高于参照组(P<0.05);且实验组患者的手术时间以及术中出血量均少于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:人工流产术前使用卡前列甲酯栓阴道后穹隆置入可有效松弛宫颈,并减少术中出血。
Objective: To explore the relaxation effect of card top methyl ester suppository on cervix before artificial abortion. Methods: A total of 1000 patients admitted to our hospital from October 2012 to October 2015 due to unplanned pregnancy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 500 patients in each group. CONCLUSION: The vaginal posterior fornix using card top methyl ester suppository before artificial abortion can effectively relax cervix and reduce intraoperative bleeding.
