两年来,国家电投重组取得了1+1>2的改革效应,初步形成了差异化的发展模式,走在了电力企业创新驱动、结构调整和体制改革的前列。2015年5月,原中电投集团与国家核电重组为国家电投。重组后的国家电投,既是我国五大发电集团之一,又是我国三大核电开发投资运营商之一。两年来,国家电投全面谋划推进改革重组,对中央企业兼并重组改革试点进行了重点探索,取得了1+1>2的重组改革效应,初步形成了差异化的发展模式,走在了电力企业创新驱动、结构调整和体制改革的前列。
