目的调查宁波市居民土源性线虫病感染现状,为下一步开展防治工作提供科学依据。方法采用随机抽样的方法,各县(区)抽取一个村(社区)作为调查点。采用改良加藤厚涂片法镜检蛔虫、钩虫、鞭虫虫卵,其中3~12周岁儿童用透明胶纸肛拭法检测蛲虫卵。结果全市土源性线虫总感染率为1.69%(198/11 734),蛔虫、钩虫、鞭虫感染率分别为0.72%(85/11 734)、0.92%(108/11 734)和0.04%(5/11734),3~12岁儿童蛲虫感染率为4.91%(38/774)。结论宁波市土源性线虫病总体感染率处于较低水平,应重点加强钩虫病防治知识的宣传教育,蛲虫病仍是应重点防治的儿童常见寄生虫病。
Objective To investigate the status quo of soil-borne nematode infection in Ningbo residents and provide a scientific basis for further prevention and control. Methods A random sampling method was adopted. Each county (district) took a village (community) as a survey point. Using improved Kato thick smear microscopy roundworm, hookworm, whipworm eggs, of which 3 to 12-year-old children with a transparent adhesive tape anal swab test eggs. Results The total infection rate of soil-borne nematodes in the city was 1.69% (198/11 734). The infection rates of roundworm, hookworm and whipworm were 0.72% (85/11 734), 0.92% (108/11 734) and 0.04% 5/11734). The prevalence of pinworm in children aged 3 ~ 12 years was 4.91% (38/774). Conclusion The overall infection rate of soil-borne nematodes in Ningbo is at a low level. Publicity and education on knowledge of prevention and control of hookworm should be emphasized. Enterobiasis is still the common parasitic disease in children.
