将头孢哌酮舒巴坦（舒普深）与其他抗生素体外抗菌活性进行对比，并进行临床疗效观察。结果显示：１９０株革兰阴性杆菌总产酶率６６４０％，总敏感率９１５０％。与亚胺培南（ＩＭＰ）比较无差异（敏感率９６３１％，Ｐ＞００５），明显高于其他几种抗生素（Ｐ≤００５或Ｐ≤００１）。细菌总清除率８２６３％，总痊愈率６７２８％，总有效率９０７４％。对绿脓杆菌和不动杆菌清除率分别为８６８４％和９０００％，对混合感染患者治疗效果更佳。提示：舒谱深临床抗感染，特别是院内β内酰胺酶阳性菌及复数感染的治疗效果良好 Cefoperazone-sulbactam (Shuxu deep) and other antibiotics in vitro antibacterial activity were compared, and the clinical observation.
